Aggies Invent is a 48 hour long engineering competition where teams of both undergrad and graduate students at Texas A&M compete to create innovative solutions to both specific problems in industry and global issues.  Invent for the Planet is the global version of Aggies Invent where teams from 15 different countries competed.  

During my freshman year I placed first in 4/6 competitions hosted that year including Invent for the Planet, which is the most first place wins of any student in one year.

Through these experiences I refined my team collaboration abilities, flexed some brainstorming and rapid prototyping muscles… and met my girlfriend of 4 years (black and white dress).
